Compliance

Audit
Question. How often should conduct and internal compliance audit?
Answer (examples):
Routine internal quality policy.
Following a measurable decline in OCRS performance.
Following an incident or near-miss that left you breathless.
Following a change, long term absence or performance of a Transport Manager.
Before making an application for new or vary an existing operator licence.

Jonathan - Powys (2024), says "Even when I'd qualified as a Transport Manager and being granted an O'Licence, I was still unsure about being compliant. Dave provided coherent advice and practical tips, easing my mind. I know I can call him when necessary".
